Frank Rosenberg is the grandson of Edward Hoffman, co-founder of Associated. Frank joined Associated in 1973 and within years rose to President, overseeing a dramatic increase in sales and new clients. Frank assumed his current role as Chairman in 1997.

Throughout his career Frank has felt strongly about meeting new clients on a personal level

You can often find Frank on a golf course or entertaining friends and clients with humorous anecdotes.

Frank has two sons who are the light of his life.

Richard Goodman is the grandson of Murray Nizen, co-founder of Associated. Graduating from prestigious Stuyvesant High School in NYC and later Boston university in 1981 with a BS Degree in exercise physiology and cardio-pulmonary technology in 1981.

After several successful years in medical sales, he joined Associated in 1985 as Vice-President. During his 25 year tenure, he has overseen over 75,000 projects in the retail, hospitality and corporate markets. Richard was also responsible for expanding the products offering from carpet (which resulted in the name change from Associated Carpet Corp.) to all flooring categories in the mid 90’s. He has been President since 1997.

He has two sons which he is very proud of. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking.

MBA in Finance from Farleigh Dickinson Univ. 1982. Married with 4 children. With the company since 2001. Member of Knights of Columbus and former Little league baseball coach. Previous experiences include working in the fields of Transportation, Consumer Goods and Telecom industries.

I was born and bred in Brooklyn, NY and graduated from Brooklyn College with a BS in Accounting. I’ve been a part of the Associated team for almost 30 years. I am an avid bicyclist and cross country skier. My son and I also have been taking guitar lessons (classic rock for me & metal for him).
